Versatility. That's the first thing I think about when discussing eLearning. The project could be an on-boarding video for your first day at a new job, a series of videos discussing how to do your job safely, or even some detailed medical narration about a complicated (& touchy) subject, but they're all unique in their own right, & that's what I love about this genre.

I've also worked on the other side of this particular table, working for a company that produced safety videos for clients in the entertainment industry. I've seen first-hand what goes into making a script, as well as the finished product, so I'll keep that in mind when working on an eLearning project for you & your clients.
